Pyoderma faciale (PF) is a dermatologic condition characterized by a fulminant eruption of inflammatory papules, pustules, and nodules on the face. PF is usually diagnosed in young women and is thought by some doctors to be a variant of rosacea. We present a case of a patient with longstanding inflammatory ileal Crohn’s disease (CD) with complex perianal fistula who presented with the onset of PF while undergoing fistula treatment.
